By commissioning with me, you agree to the terms below, if you have any questions please feel free to contact me.Please read attentively and ensure you understand before proceeding with your order!

Disclaimers:

- I reserve the right to decline any commission if it feels uncomfortable for any reason- Any ill behaviour will not be tolerated and the commission will be cancelled if the commissioner fails to adhere to the rules provided.- Timeline estimates depend on commission type, order size, complexity and current workload

When ordering:

- My work week is from Monday to Friday. I cannot guarantee prompt replies over the weekend.- Please write instructions in a clear and easy to understand manner.- Try to provide organised references. I accept pngs, jpgs, and links to pdfs, google drive folders, or docs.- Be aware Illustration is not my full time job, time for your order’s completion is expected to be within 30-60 days but may extend significantly depending on many factors such as; personal health, order of commissions (queue), complexity, work, school or family issues and art block.In the occurrence of any of the issues stated above you will be notified asap.- Discuss a deadline date if possible. Else you might have to be patient, my priority lies in my Vtuber children as I will prioritise you in the future, if they have urgent need for fixes or changes you might end up being set back. No refunds will be provided for “late” projects if no deadline was discussed.- I’ll always do my best to fulfil your expectations with your order but please be aware that:- I tend to draw in a more anatomically correct style, so any ultra-stylised elements (such as enlarged breasts or hips, smaller faces and so on) may look a bit uncanny and I’ll draw attention to that in the design phase.- if your instructions aren't very clear i may ask you more and more references;- I’ll occasionally make suggestions and give opinions on your design and ideas, you’re free to reject them.

Customers and Rights:

- Upon commissioning you grant non-exclusive rights to replicate your character design and references with the intent of completing the commission. Ensure you have permission from any authors other than yourself.- Commercial rights for digital usage will be transferred to you once the commission is fully settled, rights for merchandising must be negotiated separately. Through the right to authorship credit is always retained by the Artist.- You are not allowed to re-sell the VTuber model (w/o permission), redistribute the files, or claim the artwork as your own.- I as the artist retain rights to display my work/progress once made public by you in my portfolio or social media. Commissions can be withheld from being posted online. If the client wishes the artwork to not be shared, it will be held confidential.

Payments and Fees

- I only accept payments via Paypal and in euro (€) Exposure is not a valid form of payment.- We can discuss splitting the payment in 2 or more instalments (50% upfront and 50% upon completion). I am always open to discussing terms!- Files will only be sent after i have received full payment.- Once an artwork is past its initial stages there are no cancellations or refunds. Though I understand you may change your mind on a character or piece, a full refund is simply not viable for me once I’ve spent weeks on a project, please be aware of this before you place your order.- If I do not receive full payment, receive a chargeback or you in any way fail to pay me for my services, I will retain full rights to any completed artwork and design to then be resold in order to make up the loss, you will be banned from commissioning me in the future and I will make the failure to pay public trough my social media and others to warn other artists.

Revisions and Changes

- Upon completion of the sketch phase the design is finalised, any further changes may be met with additional fees, please ensure you are satisfied with the design as per the final sketch.
Within reason, feel free to ask for progress pictures at any time.- After the lineart is done, only small changes will be allowed (such as, hue changes and minor adjustments)- I set a loose number of revisions, but please be aware:- Changes in the design of the character are NOT a revision, but a new commission- You as the commissioner are responsible for checking the artwork and noticing any irregularities or things you are not satisfied with before the artwork is completed, I am happy to make minor alterations after delivery, as long as they are within reason.- Any large changes will come with an extra charge. Such as an outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, hair change or anything that makes me have to redraw a section completely.

YOU AREN'T ALLOWED TO
Edit the artwork without my prior, express consent.
Hand the artwork to AI’s or resell it as an NFT
Trace or reutilize the artwork in any way for further works.
Claim authorship over the artwork, or claim another’s authorship besides my own.
Reproduce or sell the artwork without my prior, express consent.PLEASE NOTE
These terms of service may be updated by myself at any time, any major changes will be notified to all active clients.

Restrictions

I will under no circumstances draw or reproduce in any way any of the following due to lack of experience or personal discomfort.- Elderly characters
- Mechanical designs
- Cartoonishly obese characters.
- Fetish content
- Highly violent/controversial/political topics
- Without references- Artwork in other artists' styles
